New Project Planning Aids
It’s hard to know exactly what your customer wants out of a project, that’s why the Founder’s Choice sales team ironed out the wrinkles for better communication between the client and sales rep.
Kitchen Planning Guide
We start with the Kitchen Planning Guide. It’s important that the customer understands all of the details of what goes into a kitchen design. That’s why we first focus on educating them on mapping the space and the options available, rather than choosing styles. We make note of important details and general cabinet knowledge so the customer is informed and understands what will be expected of them.
Within the 18 pages of detail we cover:
- General Cabinetry – Base, wall, and pantry cabinets.
- Cabinet Accessories – Showcase of our top accessories.
- Layout Considerations – Appliances, safety, and work areas.
- Finishing Touches – Crown molding, decorative end panels, and knobs/pulls.

New Project Worksheet
Now that your customer is well informed we give them a New Project Worksheet. By using this tool, you can be sure that you are hitting all of the important points in talking to your customer. It guides you through talking to them so that you can get all of the important details of their project, and what they are looking to get out of it. Not every customer has purchased cabinetry before and some think it is as easy as pulling boxes off the shelf! Without being overbearing we touch on the process multiple times. The more that your customer is informed the easier the job will be, not just for you but for your customer.
